From quote to event, our process is easy and convenient.

Request a Quote.
Fill out our form with information about your event details, like location, date, and venue. We’ll get back to you with a quote as quickly as possible, usually within a few hours.
2.
We Lock In Your Date.
We’ll send you a personalized quote based on your information. When you’re ready to book, a 25% deposit secures your date. Dates are first come, first served, so the earlier you book, the better chance the date is available.
3.
We Arrive and Set Up.
We arrive onsite about 45 minutes before your event starts and set up all of the equipment – enclosure, projector, launch monitor, hitting mat, computer, clubs, and balls. You prepare for the arrival of your attendees.
4.
Your Guests Enjoy the Simulator Experience.
Our staff runs the experience. Up to 8 guests at a time can play 2,000+ courses, challenge each other in contests such as longest drive, closet to the pin, or other fun games. Players of all experience levels will love it!
5.
We Pack Up and Leave.
We’ll tear down our equipment in about 30 minutes, clean up our space, and leave it exactly as we found it. No hassle, no fuss, no leftover equipment – just good memories.
